Pre-quilted fun!

Pam did such beautiful work on these blocks that I was really scared to quilt them!

I decided to just add a little quilting to each block in hopes of enhancing her work, not detracting from it.  You can see all the work she did here!

And here!  She did two triangles over and over, but look at what a cool design it made!

This one had wavy lines that created such great texture!

Lastly, you can see all the blocks together with the sashing/background that I did with a grid too.

Definition of Insanity!

Ok, so it is a good idea to use the fabric lines instead of marking the quilt, but there are A LOT of these little dots!

I wished I had taken more pictures of this quilt when it was finished, but I forgot!  It has the cutest MODA fabrics in it!  Cherries, toasters, birdies, etc!  It was great, but this is all I have for you on this quilt.

Another strip quilt!

Here is one with no need for borders.

Fun freehand of feathers, swirls, etc.!

Another shot of the front.

The back shows the texture of the feathers and swirls.

Funky fun designs!

Neat Strip quilts!

This quilt has AWESOME colors and a neat back!

I did a freehand swirl in the center.

The borders got treated with some arc rulers.  They add great texture, but they are time-consuming!

Here is the final product of them together.

Beautiful Americana!

This beautiful quilt was done at FarmFest at the end of summer I believe.  I think it was a border challenge quilt that used many colors that were not exactly what she was planning for, but she did a clever job incorprating them!

This picture shows the fun Pretty Paisley panto I used!  (Can you spot the hot pink Barbie lips?!)

I LOVE these fabrics and need to make a quilt with these colors sometime soon!

Tropical Sunkiss

This batik quilt is so cool how it uses the light and darks to make the stars appear.

It has the Whirlygig panto on it and it resembles a sun type image.

The texture is just enough!

Perfectly Pink

This sweet quilt was made for a wonderful granddaughter.

There was lots of pink and purple used!  I did a winding plume inside.

The outer border had a double feather to match!

Just enough soft texture to make it luscious!

The back has nice texture.
